Introduction
I know this is maybe not a blog for everyone. So please if you are not interested in loosing weight, get out of my blog.
I start this in april 2018. I struggled around for three years with my weight, but nothing helped. Today is the day i start with eating less and exercise more. I am 1.65 high and weight 136 pounds (62kg). I know this is not overweight but i am convinced it is defintely to much. My dream is between 99 (45kg) and 108 (49kg) pounds. I give myself a deadline until summer 2018, juni to august. All in all 2 months. So i hope this blog will support me. I will regulary post my eating diary and weight diary.
